mtr shenanigans

Inspired by my networking class CS 144, I built some experiments with mtr (my traceroute), which helps to show how your packets are getting from one server to another.

adam.eliot.sh uses a custom DNS server and the MTR protocol to render Michelangelo's "Creation of Adam" in the terminal. It works on macOS: sudo mtr adam.eliot.sh.

webmtr is a web-based version of the mtr protocol that runs on a Hetzner server. The idea is to help familiarize people who don't have a terminal with what MTR does. Sadly, it cheats a bit and makes the Hetzner server a "proxy." Still, a fun afternoon project!
